No doubt , the location is great, but the outlook is a bit torn. Next to it is Royal Hotel, Taipei (the outlook is better and newer than Keyman's Hotel, but I dont know the inside) and CityInn (this one is new too). Normal service and at least it is clean. breakfast: too little to choose. reception: normal services. price:... More

The facilities are quite old but still clean. The room is quite dark. Beware of the slippy bath tub. There is no electirc coffee maker in room but you can get hot water from the service counters near the lift lobby on every floor. The room has just few electirc plugs. At first I have to use the one for... More

I had a dark but clean room, without balcony. the main problem is in the cold season, that you have to walk alot to get your underwear dried. The service gave no reason for complaints, even if sometimes a stray mosquito was attacking me. The breakfast was always fine with coffe, eggs, white bread, peanuts and asian vegetables. the only... I find the hotel meets my needs which is the prime reason I stayed there. It is near the TMS and the Kuo Kuang Bus terminal. The bed is okay with me. It is just nice as I prefer to sleep on a harder bed due to my age. Too soft a bed will given me backache. The rooms I... More

I have to agree with many reviews before me, the beds are terribly hard, so much so that I got back pain the next morning after first night! Location wise it is great, room rate reasonable, but I will not go back again because of it's dated rooms and hard beds. There are many other better options around the area.

Other friends stayed at the hotel before and told me I should try it. cus I've stayed at the area before, but never in this hotel. The area is a fantastic area to stay at, because of the convenience. Everything can be bought from shops around the area, there's buses which go to most of the areas tourists want to... More

This is my second time staying at this hotel. We liked it because of it's convenient location (nearTaipei Train Station and shopping areas). The rooms are also spacious for 3 people, the price were reasonable and the staff were also very friendly. Although it's near a busy area, it is quiet at night. However, I couldn't sleep well because the... More

Keymans is near the Taipei Main Station, a great location as the bus terminal, highspeed railway, and MRT station is just 5 mins away. Service in Keymans was great, a hot flask of water awaits everyday after housekeeping. When we checked out for a 2 day trip to Taichung, they offered to let us keep our luggage with them till... Stayed in this hotel as my other choice of hotel is fully booked. Decided on keymans due to the location (near to the train station) that makes getting to other part of Taipei easy. Hotel is also very affordable and staff is friendly. However, that is about all I like about the hotel. For some reason the hotel and the... More
