從下計程車開始,就感受到W 員工的熱情有禮,Check in時詳細的解說,行李到房間時門房的親切笑容,跟我在峇里島上W Hotel的體驗一模一樣令人有著再去多次的感受. 但在台北W hotel the kitchen吃早餐時於上一個黑面無禮沒回應的女果汁廚師後.再也沒來多次的感覺.還記得在Bali W hotel吃早餐時候,我問一位廚師要一杯果汁當時他回應是說:i don't have it right now,But i happy to get it for you.轉頭他走向廚房約5分鐘後他給了我一杯Kiwi Juice.這就是令人窩心的服務印象深刻.但那天在台北W Hotel於上的同樣令人印象深刻但感受不一樣.

Stayed 3 nights and it was a very good experience. The setup is great, lobby, restaurant, Woobar, swimming pool are all connected.... But the greatest experience was the breakfast...SUPER! I have been around and stayed in 5 star hotels...but the breakfast is super good. The Taiwanese people are very truly friendly so the staff was excellent...Everything almost possible... Great experience...
