As many others here have mentioned: great location, wonderful staff, excellent service quality - but badly run down and therefore not a Hyatt as you might expect it. The club lounge has great breakfast and happy hour selections, but it was crowded and noisy when we were there.

Located in the newer shopping district, there is a covered corridor links to almost all shopping areas. Eslite bookstore building is our favorite, with shopping floors and a huge bookstore.
