When you book this sort of places you should have a certain expectation. To me it was ideal for how much I paid. The rooms are clean and reasonable size however the bathroom might need some upgrading. Overall I would say this hotel its worth the price.

Nice hotel with friendly staff who can speak English (a big plus in Thailand!). Location is a bit tricky for the taxi drivers, the address alone seems to confuse them so I recommend that if you get a taxi tell them to head to the 'On Nut' Skytrain station as it's basically right there.

I stayed there for two nights last week. The room was clean however a few stains on the shower curtain. Wifi was great. I didn't have breakfast so I can not comment on that. Lobby atmosphere was pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful. Massage was rejuvenating. Conveniently close to BTS station, Tesco and night market. I can easily catch a cab at the hotel entrance. Room was ok with basic amenities and in-room safe. WIFI was working good. Room and bathroom were rather dark. I just don't really like the tiles in the bathroom.

I stayed 2 nights in April, 2012; the ficility is very simple. The location is bad, after the BTS close, most of the taxi driver won't go there. And the rate included free WIFI, but most of the time, the WIFI didn't work, only the first night, it's ok. I will never try this hotel again.
