Our room are infested with bed bugs. I left bangkok with swollen red bites which forms a blister alike wound all over, as i'm allergic to bed bugs bites! Was quite disappointed - Room 704! beware! The staffs are nontheless friendly and helpful.. But it wasnt a pleasant stay for me

The rooms were excellent: scrupulously clean, comfortable bed, quiet with great city views. Reception service was really friendly and efficient. Breakfast was minimalist (a small continental buffet taken in the front room of the hotel) but fine.
