First off there are TWO Hope Land Executive Serviced Apartments BOTH in Bangkok and BOTH on Sukhumvit Road!!!! So it is easy to be confused. Location: 3 minutes away from sky train, Value for $$ : Reasonable at 1800 baht per night with no breakfast, room looks fine, bed is confortable Cons:- not many restaurant nearby, so will have to travel to some other area for food. If you wish to shop alot, i would not recommend this hotel, stay near Platinum mall.

Hopeland is a good hotel if you do your research with Bangkok. Its out a little further so if you want to go to Bangkok for the shopping, then I would advise to stay closer to the malls. I stayed at Hope Land last April 2011. The hotel is nice, but location wasn't really for me. Too far out of the way, but taking the sky train across the city really gave you a good feel of Bangkok.
