I appreciated the room which was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was nice and the staff also. nice furniture in the rooms. no noise coming from outside or the other rooms. Situated in a small side way a few metres away from a Mc Donalds and 10 min to Kao Sanh Road.

We stayed here as a pit stop whilst visiting Bangkok. It is clean enough, although we did have stained linen. The bathrooms are tiny - it involves some acrobatics when sitting on the loo and avoiding your knees from colliding with the wall. The breakfast is decent and the staff friendly. Location for starters - just off the beaten tracks down a short alley off the Democracy Monument but so close to plenty of activities. ie Khao San Rd Staff - speak English and helpful. nice & quiet location. it's a short walk to the river or khlong to take a boat. Rooms are simple but clean and have a nice bed. we started our trip here and decided to come back here for the last days of our holiday.

Though it's hard to find, the first time you go there, it's worth while. The rooms were comfortable en quiet and the bed was good. In the morning I was looking forward of the breakfast, cause the omelet was delicious. Staff was friendly and trips were easily to book at the hoteldesk.
