I have stayed at this hotel several times recently, last week I was there for 4 days. Once again a very good experience, the staff are excellent the rooms immaculately clean. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will continue to use it as my base in Bangkok for the foreseeable future.

I chose this hotel for its location and it was great. You can walk straight off the BTS and down one set of stairs to the hotel lobby and it's a 30 second walk to the MRT. Room was clean and was a good layout. Only had two quick nights here but would stay here again on my return to bangkok.

On a positive note I have to say that the staff are unfailingly pleasant and they really try to cope, but it was necessary for me to move into 3 different rooms in my first 3 nights, including one on the 5th floor where the roof leaked and rainwater dripped directly onto my laptop....what can I say other than that... Staffs are professional and polite. Rooms are big and spacious. Another plus point is the location, which is about 5-7 mins walk to Asok bts. That makes travelling to other parts of bangkok fast and accessible. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one. I'll definitely return and book this hotel in my next trip to Bangkok.
