We stayed 3 nights at Kingston Suites, on our first visit to Bangkok. We were welcomed with a cool drink on arrival. Our room on the 5th floor was large, spacious and clean. The king size bed we found hard and we asked for a second quilt to be made up under the bottom sheet to try and provide a... More

Reception was friendly. Security personel arranged a taxi who was a cheater and declined to use meter and dropped us on the middle of the road. Breakfast was very good. Hotel is convenient to Robinson/Foodland and Asok/Nana skytrain station. Wireless signal was very good. Quite and beautiful rooms with safe and coffee maker. Reception arranged the Taxi to Pattaya for... More

I was back again at the Kingston for my 3rd visit and still prefer to stay here rather than anywhere else .. I still find the staff friendly and accomodating and they all remember me now, occasionally stopping to have a chat with me if they aren't busy .. I stayed this time in the corner suite, the biggest room... More

We switched to another hotel after a couple of days but I would still recommend this hotel. It is clean, the food is excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The disadvantages, the staff doesn't speak a lot of English, the beds are really hard. Get the breakfast included in the price as it is really good and cheaper to include... More

Stayed there for 5 nights during the Songran period. The rooms size is generous and the overall cleanilness is good. The location is a little far inside Soi 15 but the hotel offers a free tuk tuk service. The breakfast is good and not over crowded. Would recommend this hotel as a no frills hotel. Not sure if there is... More

We stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to Bangkok! The location is excellent set down a side road off the main street where there is lots to do and very close to the metro and bts stations. The rooms are very big. The staff there are so helpful, we had one guy help us with all our day trips... More

The hotel staff is very unprofessional. They were very arrogant and try to fleece money out of customers. They even do not provide extra drinking water, sugar, coffe sachets to use with tea/coffee maker in the room. We had an incident where a tuk tuk driver was misbehaving with us in the hotel, seeing this the hotel security and waiters... More

Excellent location close to the MRT and Sky Train, good size rooms, very poor standards. The rooms were spacious and large, but the toilets stank. We did not get rooms together as asked for, were forced to take non smoking rooms, were then told that we would get one smoking room but that too did not happen. The towels are... More

As this was our first visit to Bangkok, we were a bit apprehensive about what area of the city was best for us and finding a good value hotel. Kingston Suites is easily accessible from the BTS Skytrain which connects you easily to the MRT and the Airport Link. It's about a 5 minute walk down Soi 15 which makes... More

We stayed eight nights. Check in was smooth and a cool beverage came to us as we were in the check-in process. The rooms are huge with good aircon and the service is impeccable. Had minor issue with holiday housekeeping and Ms Preaw at the front desk took care of it immediately. Bathroom has no bathtub, just a rain shower.... More
