i had a small snag in my reservation, and even though it didn't cost them anything, they would not accomonate me in any way, nor were the front desk people especially helpful. They basically charged me double. Find a better place with more professional staff

Very nice hotel. Restaurant pretty average but convenient. Staff not attentive but very friendly. No soap in rooms but other than that good value for money/location. In house travel agent expensive but he was really impressive. He arranged everything for us extremely quickly & made our stay very easy - was worth the extra money.

Firstly very few taxi drivers, or tuk tuk drivers, can find this place. Ensure you have the address written down, preferably in English and Thai. Stated here for 3 nights on our arrival in Bangkok. Hotel is situated down a quiet alley with a lovely view of canal. Room was spacious and bathroom very nice in our executive room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the action of Khoa San Road but quiet enough at night to get a good nights rest. Would recommend!

The rooms are big,clean with air-con,great location,near Khosan road... They have a great view and the staff is nice.. They have also a breakfast to offer,which was good,you get also fruit with it.. Almost everything what you want to see in Bangkok is in foot distance.. Really nice stay!
