We stay at President Park because it is well located when driving in and out from Pattaya, and it is cheap. However it is not a good place to stay if you like clean hotels. This hotel in soi24 is in a little bit more quiet area - but i will recommed you to pay for any transportion to see the different attractions. But please aware of one thing - that i have learned - as a tourist and if you travel alone - never ever walk alone after midnight - take a taxi.
