I was fortunate to select this hotel randomly and it turned out to be a very good choice. It was very good value for money. I never expected some seven star experience and it what was promised on the tin. I must mention the staff ( reception, front desk, restaurant) who are definitely worth praising . Their morale was high... More

We stay at President Park because it is well located when driving in and out from Pattaya, and it is cheap. However it is not a good place to stay if you like clean hotels. The last 3 times I have stayed there the shower areas have been mouldy. The hotel is rundown, and seriously needs an upgrade. The Best... More

Nice apartment. Modern furniture, comfortable bed. Breakfast choice is poor compared to other thai hotels. Hotel is far from the center and from metro stations. It was difficult to find the pool (you have to cross a bridge and pass to another building, walk through a parking lot and take the elevator...quite an adventure). We were 4 people but in... More

Arrived a day late to my fully paid week, find out they give to someone else and now fully booked, but did put me to another hotel , but seeing I was ok with it she tells me we would normally charge you for this. Hello, very rude with a smile. You gave my room away. My main problem is I... More

President Park is really overpriced for what it is. The Davis Hotel across the street is an order of magnitude better for slightly less per night (as are a number other hotels in the area like the Dream, S15, etc). Calling it a four star hotel is hugely misleading. It reminds me of serviced apartments or old hotels in former... More

This hotel looks so much impressive online and an entire different story in person! The hotel itself is in an alley way that is very suspect with a nasty hotel view across the street! The only plus to this hotel was the gym and the breakfast Buffett. The hotel staff very poor English! The first stay was a better experience... More

The location of this hotel is probably the only plus point given how close it is to Sukhumvit road and the malls. Phrom Pom station is a kilometre or so away and they offer a free tuk tuk to the station. However the rooms are old, worn out and there are zero amenities. We had a few rooms since we... More

This was my 5th stay in President Park in last 5 years. The fact that i stay there every year clearly shows that i liked the hotel.. and I was happy with services. This hotel in soi24 is in a little bit more quiet area - but i will recommed you to pay for any transportion to see the different attractions. But please aware of one thing - that i have learned - as a tourist and if you travel alone - never ever walk alone after midnight - take a taxi.

Convenient location. Average staff. Room Size is good. The utilities in the room are bad. The hot plate is rusted. The hot water kettle is one of oldest models I have seen. Breakfast area is small.
