Not a place to stay with your family. Out dated place all the furnitures and other things are old. Got good options to stay nearby specially in Windsor Suites and best western Plus with little extra hole in your pocket. Breakfast not worth it could have done it much better. Pl avoid it at any cost specially Indians with family. More

There are so many problems in rooms, bathroom & services. In rooms there so much bad smell of pest control, but cockroach is rooming around. In my bathroom commode is leakage I have done complain in reception two three times after that she send somebody but since I checkout complain was not resolve. The hotel is situated at a great location and most of major shopping centres are close by. You get taxis or tuktuk easily and lot of eateries are also close by. The rooms are neat and cleaned daily. This hotel is sick and the receptionist is even more BIG sick. She was so rude to the guests. She hardly sit in her place, If we call her she gets annoyed. On my 4 day of trip when move to this hotel looks old one. staffs are not friendly. wi-fi not working.only 1 cable to operate net. room windows are sealed. not good for family. For budget travel its ok. good is that close to bts asoke. More

We were with Budweiser group from India, we came from a trip and left the baggage with front desk they took baggage to 23rd floor for no reason, we had rooms on 18th floor. bags were broken in locks tempered, and money stolen, When we seek help they said one of us had taken the money. no help from hotel...
