I have recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. If you are looking for a place near to Platinum mall and other major attractions, then yes this hotel is well placed in the city. But I was shocked to see the condition of the room. I have been staying at many hotels for last 7 years and this hotel had the worst room upkeep. I had to change rooms thrice to finally get a decent room. Let me point out the details- 1. The moment you enter the room you could feel a damp smell in rooms. 2. Carpet/Dining table chairs/sofa had very visible black marks and stains. 3. Curtains were dusty. 4. The second room I got (1006) Wash basin tap was half broken. 5. You could see at the edge of carpets, Dust and untouched wall putty droppings. 6. All sockets and switches are at least 15 years old. 7. Terrible spring mattress. 8. All wooden fixtures or cabinets were either chipped or visibly broken. The thing I have observed is there are quite a lot of Indians preferring to stay at this hotel as it is economical and easy accessible however they are taking this as granted. My uncle has stayed in the same hotel a week before we stayed and he had to complain thrice to get a decent room. This is no coincidence that similar things happened to us. I have been working with 2 strongest hotel chains in India for past 8 years and I could say that this is just their tactics to assign rooms which are run down to people who book on a lower rate and wait for the them to complain so that they can change room and solve the problem. This hotel definitely needs a renovation at the earliest and I suggest they do a complete renovation and then re visit the pricing for rooms. There is no harm is paying more to get a clean room with good interior and features. If you are someone who is not really bothered about room upkeep and prefers an economical hotel in good location, then this is the right hotel for you. I should appreciate the efficiency of front desk staff (forgot her name- Warart or something). She is very senior at the desk and helped to get our rooms changed. I haven’t mentioned these points to her as I understood that this hotel is at least 15+ years old and was never renovated. Hope this review helps someone to take their decision.

Located in the heart of Pratunam, five minute walk to Platinum Mall and Big C. Stayed in the two bedroom suite which is very cozy bringing the feel of a home, but still needs to be renovated.. Bathrooms are quite spacious with good hot water system. TV’s with adequate channels. Breakfast buffet starting daily at 06:30 is really good and delicious. Wi-fi is good at restaurant and lobby but very poor in our 23rd floor suite #2304. Daily housekeeping ladies are doing a good job in keeping the suite clean despite torn curtains and dirty windows from outside balconies. Air conditioning is good but needs servicing. Even though there is a kitchenette with 2 burners and microwave oven, there are no plates, spoons, pots or pans provided. Overall an excellent stay!

The hotel was clean and located near a market. The staff was helpful and the rooms are big. The decor was outdated and this is maybe a 3 star hotel and definitely overpriced. Room cleaning was done early in the morning. When I come back to the room during afternoon, the room was already made up. Overall was an average experience to stay at this hotel.

Booked a deluxe room for 3 nights. Everything about the hotel is old. From the room to the lift, to the design to the outlets, to the bathroom fixtures, etc. Despite it being an old hotel, the room and the surroundings were clean. The ACU and water heater were all working perfectly. The lift seemed to be crowded at times as the hotel had only two lifts. Forgot to mention that the room was quite spacious in fact there is a mini living room with a sofa, table, sink and fridge before you reach the bedroom itself. The bed was okay however since the hotel is situated along a busy road. It's hard not to hear the sounds of cars passing by. The hotel is equipped with a gym with ample equipment. The breakfast buffet selection was very good. It included pastries, bread, yogurt, all kinds of meats, rice, noodles, salad bar, fruits and drinks. They made minor changes everyday. Location is perfect as it is right beside platinum mall, about 5-10 mins walk to Central World and Big C supermarket, 10-15 mins walk to Siam Paragon and Siam Square. Pratunam Market is also a 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Both the MRT station and bus stop are accessible if I'm not mistaken. There are a couple of boutique stores on the ground floor of the hotel as well as a Burger King fast food. Convenience stores such as 7-11 and Wawa are also close to the hotel. The staff were all helpful especially the bell master whose name I forgot. Check in and check out were the same. Had doubts about this hotel due to the lack of recent reviews but those doubts were quashed. Will stay in this hotel again next time.

Great location, with convenient access to the Platinum Fashion Mall next door, street food booths at the sidewalk in front of the Platinum Mall as well as across the street, and a row of mid range spas where you can get a 300 baht massage an easy 5 minute walk away. Modernly furnished and reasonably priced when you book through Agoda. Our party of 5 stayed in a family suite with a queen and 2 twin beds and we added an extra bed. Perfect for 4 but a bit cramped for 5 but we managed. We thought we would have 2 bathrooms but the room only had 1 spacious full bath (shower area, toilet and sink) and next to it was a separate enclosure with just toilet and sink. We wish there were 2 showers. Breakfast was filling with 2 eggs done as you like, a variety of breads, a fruit plate, and choice among American, Asian or Halal dishes. Coffee was good, using freshly ground beans.

The hotel has the best location for ppl who prefers to reside near a shopping mall ( platinum mall) which is located just 3 mins walk from the hotel. It is also connected to franchises like startbucks, subways and burger king ,it also has an underground 24hr Max valu supermarket , and also boots . The staff is very attentive and nice , they will help u call a taxi for u so u can rest assure. The morning buffet is decent and clean , they also provide a selection vegan/halal options and halal menus are also available to order from ur room. The room itself is very spacious for the price and winning location, microwave , 2 flat tvs, 1 bathroom1 shower , a huge fridge ,sofa and lots of space to store ur belongings. The cons would be, the hotel is 20 year old hotel so the elevator can get really slow. My only concern was when I checked out i was almost charged 140 baht for making a phone call that I Did not make as I had my own thailand sim card. Thankfully I was not forced to pay as I Explain to the receptionist this wasnt my doings. That was kind of creppy and mysterious as the phone call was stated coming from my room. The second concern was , I Did not place the " room clean tag" infront of my door ( i did this because i have not sorted my personal belongings and locked it) ,and the cleaner still entered and clean the room while I Was away and took the spare key card. I had to go and ask the receptionist and claim the card. This was also a bit creepy to me as it never happens before and I ve Been to lots of places Overall it was again a wonderful experience and I Would actually stay there again as the rooms are so spacious and cheap.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and I always frequent this hotel until we were occupied a haunted room. As usual, I book a junior suite and I added additional bed but this room is very different from the other junior suite that I frequently stayed as the tv is share for both living room and bedroom. I then requested to change room but the hotel staff said that all rooms are occupied. First night, I felt very uneasy and I couldn’t sleep and I feel someone watching me. Second night, my friend feel the same and she was compressed inside the blanket and she cannot move or talk. We requested for a changed of room again and I told the staff that the room is dirty and I cannot stay here and the staff offered me a new room. I would recommend this hotel as I had bad experience.
