Tarntawan is the centre of the entertainmnet area of Silom/Surawongse but it is set back from the road and so is gratifyingly quiet. This is a case of first impressions is NOT the lasting impressions! As "peterxhosa" says, the little alley where it is situated looks rather downmarket and a little grotty from the outside, but boy, once you step into that reception area you realise you have stumbled onto a hidden jewel.
