Me and my friend was there for 2 night staying at Howard square, The location is very far from the Bangkok city and non of the taxi or tok tok drives knows the place. Staff were so rude and service wasn’t looked like star level. You may have other best option near by the city.

This deserves zero star. Unclean and unhygienic rooms. All of our friends fell sick after coming to this hotel. Drinking Water smells dirty and AC puts out dusty air. Bedsheets are dusty. Staying in this hotel spoiled our health and the vacation. They charge for every small things while checking out or else they don't return the passport.

The hotel is ok but too far from the city, catching up with some shopping, sightseeing etc will be very tough, & time consuming due to traffic. Nowhere close to a train station. Basically it is better to choose a hotel near platinum mall or closer..

For budget travelers, the hotel is good in terms of cleanliness, room size, and free breakfast. In terms of location, it's approximately 15 minutes from Surasak BTS metro station and if you are planning to visit malls like Siam, nana plaza then you have to spend 150 baht from hotel one way. Breakfast is normal having Indian food. For single travelers it's fine.

1) Hotel is too far from any good place in Bangkok. 2) Staff is polite, but the Indian Manager runs this place like a dictator, obey his command or you will be thrown out. Very rude person 3) Staying in this Hotel is just like staying in a Dharamshala, where you just want to survive the night. 4) Not recommended giving 1 rating only because of the indian breakfast, otherwise they deserve negative rating

This Hotel is located a little too far from all the nice Markets , Eateries , Malls , Currency exchange counters. Only good for solo single travellers looking for value for money and also only book if you get it in a package. Otherwise at similar price you can get better hotels more closer to the city. My room didn't have a cupboard , it was challenging to manage without a cupboard for 3 nights. The breakfast was decent and included a lot of Indian food options. They have a separate menu consisting only of Indian food for lunch and dinner which is worth trying. Overall , a decent place to stay if you don't have other options available.
