We were unfortunate and were only able to stay for one night. The bed was so comfortable that, other than eating, we stayed in it until 10 minutes before check out. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also, there was a beautiful garden where you could eat breakfast or just sit and relax. It was a great value. Stay... More

We spent three wonderful nights at Bann Hanibah in May 2012. It is a charming inn with incredible service. Staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful with suggestions and plans. They arranged a private car and driver for us for a day (ask for Marmot) and recommended a wonderfl local restaurant (Prego - just around the corner). The room was super... More

I really enjoyed my stay and even extended it by a day. The service is great and the teak house is beautiful. It is actually a boutique hotel and not a B&B and considering the price it is a very good deal. There is about twelve rooms total and it books up quickly so plan in advance. You will not... More

One of the best places to stay in Thailand on a budget. Clean, with an amazing decor and is serviced daily. I loved it here, felt like my own house. The staff were also nice enough to mail my camera to Korea when I had left it there. The b&b is also withing walking distance of the main road and... More

Excellent place. Good location with walking distance to main sites. Very friendly staff. The room is good value for money. It is a guest house, so it is not the same standard as a five star hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised with the quality anyway. Great breakfast; they cook your eggs/omelette on order, fresh fruit, home made cakes, etc.... More

Really few hotels or B&B I've visited reunit so many pros at the same time without cons: - Great & helpful staff, always available, helped us to book all our activities ( cooking, VTT, Elephant Parc...) + taxi both ways. - Excellent value for money: simply unbeatable. - Very good location: you are in the heart of Chiang Mai with... Stayed for 2 nights. This old teak house was one of the best stays we had during our 3 week vacation in Thailand. Breakfast was great and served in the quiet courtyard. (Thai omelette was fantastic!) We did not bring a computer, so having one available to us was a life saver! Be sure to get something with the address... More

I stayed there on 22 October 2010. Working in Bangkok for over 2 years, I've been to Chiangmai many times, so this time it's only one night stopover between chiang rai and pai, yet chiangmai is such a city that it never bores you, and this little gem in old city is one of the good surprises too. Garden full... More
