Clean, comfortable, reliable wifi that works in the room, airco, and good location. Basic rooms but good value and good shower. Friendly staff that stored our bags for two days when we went on a small trip.

Had an excellent 3 day stay in chiang mai at baan ramida. The staff cannot do enough to help, the rooms are spacious and clean and it is located right in the centre if town. Good value for money too. Cannot recommend it enough!

Free wifi (but spotty coverage in the rooms), dark wood furniture, and right next to super charming evening lounge/courtyard Muan Baan (with a not bad courtyard of its own too)

We've been to many guesthouses in Thailand and this is our favorite so far. Wonderful location, staff and rooms. It has a nice garden area, spotless rooms and is in a quiet area. Great value, would reccomend to anyone!
