Stayed 4 nights in Klang Wiang. Beautiful place , lot of charm, in a quiet location of the old city, can not hear any traffic from the streets. Both bedroom and bathroom are big, satellite TV. The only downside : swimming pool is small and not very clean (although they said they were cleaning it everyday, we never saw it).... More

The location is very good, near to central of Chiang Mai, bars and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our kids liked the pool alot after hot day tour to Doi... More

Stayed at Klang Wiang in old town for 3 nights whilst in Chiang Mai. Hotel was stunning, especially the lobby/breakfast area which was a courtyard like square. Room was huge and beautiful decorated in a colonial style. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Whilst we were there we got some laundry done, they took it to the laundrette and brought... More

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely stunning. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. In fact the whole hotel is beautifully decorated. I especially like the courtyard area with the pool where you eat your breakfast in the morning. As for breakfasts, you get a good choice of options which you select the night before.... More

You won't go wrong booking here. The room is very large and very nicely furnished. The courtyard and lobby are very attractive and calm. The breakfast was large, and the staff were unfailingly courteous and polite. Finding the right balance between hot and cold was difficult in the shower, but that's a minor point. It was also a little tricky... More

Amazing value, a small luxury boutique hotel at a modest price. Tucked in a quiet corner of the old city, you can walk to the major temples, museums and restaurants in this area within 15 minutes. Deluxe accommodations and common areas including a pretty pool. Generous and delicious breakfast is served. Chiang Mai can be chaotic and trafficy, so a... More

Perfect breakfast and the best coffee (nespresso). The free internet in room is very fast. Also there is a dvd player in the room and you can ask in the lobby for... More

A colleague recommended that we stay at Baan Klang Wiang as he and his wife had stayed there previously and we were so happy that he did! This is such a wonderful little oasis, tucked away from the hustle and bustle and yet still so close to everything. The whole experience from my email enquiry through to check-out was superb.... This boutique hotel is like a quite oasis in amongst the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai, we have just stayed at the Bang Klang Wiang and felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a hotel as the staff where so friendly and welcoming. Our room was a superior king and was spacious and well appointed. Built... More
