As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. So when I stayed in this budget condotel (Condominium cum Hotel), I was not expecting much. It is true that there are other better-served hotels down the street. But for this price, I'd have only been able to afford a shared hostel room in Europe. Here in Chiang Mai, I snagged myself a room with a small pantry to boot. There is not much of a view, but then again, it would have been a bonus. Given that the room could be better without the slightly dusty floor. Still, I'll say this is an ok place to stay for the amount you pay. Breakfast is not exciting but functionable - bread, eggs, sausages, noodles and porridge. Perhaps, they can change the style of cooking their eggs - poached, scrambled, soft boiled, and not sunny-side up every single day.

The only thing I like about this place is the location but there are many amazing hotels near this one like ibis which I will stay next time. The photos on the website about this hotels are just misleading to the max. The room is tiny, bed sheets aren't clean, bathroom is just nasty. I can go on but in short, won't stay here and won't recommend anybody stay here either. I understand it is a budget hotel so can't complain a lot and I have stayed somewhere worse in Nepal but I am very disappointed with my stay.

This place is nothing like the photos at all. The bed is like concrete. Its discustingly dirty. The staff are the most unhelpful people ive ever met....they literally laugh at you if you ask for anything. They also charged me 3000baht which they took from my key deposit for electricity. Dont stay here.

We booked this hotel from home arriving about 10.00 pm from an international flight. Staff are friendly and helpful but English was limited. We had room 214 the bathroom was pretty horrible old and tired and a bit smelly which is more common than you might think in Thailand. The bed was very hard but ok for us. The room was a bit of a cave with a tiny window that looked onto a tin roof and washing lines. Our friend had room 213. Hers had not had the linen on the bed changed - hairs throughout the sheets and wrinkles - yuck. She complained and the linen was changed- she had room service for the 3 days we stayed. We were right next door and somehow missed out on fresh towels and linen? Breakfast was part of the deal. Breakfast was the standard eggs, sausage, fruit, toast etc as well as Thai porridge and rice and stir fry. The same for 3 days. Things seemed to run out and were slow to be replaced. The hotel was convenient to Huay Kaew rd and a range of coffee shops and cheap eats. Easy to get around on red busses. The public areas of the hotel were not very comfortable rooms pokey and internet patchy.
