Waking up watching the sun rise was my biggest treat as where I flew in from (Hong Kong) had been continuously raining all month. Size of the hotel is perfect if you are looking for more quiet, private place to stay. Staff are very attentive to your needs and my special compliment to Kung for her care and kindness she... More

I really love the modern look of the hotel which I think it really contrast with the peaceful river that slowly flow pass the hotel. The view before the sunset was really stunning - I could sit on the daybed on the lawn or on the deck in front of my room for the whole afternoon. I am quite happy... More

I become falling in love with this hotel and Zensala is my most favorite hotel in Chiangmai. Location is great as it is only 10 minutes to Nimman and Night Bazaar, or city center. But when I arrive in this hotel, it is so relax and all surroundings are calm river and all natural green. So it is really a... More

The first good point is that the staff is really nice. They always try to help. The food was amazing whether Thai or Western food the chef was cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients and talent; and it showed! The pumpkin soup and the stuffed chicken were to die for; the curries and Thai salads were so flavorful… but ask... More

Mosquitoes as bedroom mates and leeches as bathing partners? How's that sound? I understand that many people had positive reviews for this resort. Perhaps I was unfortunate? Not being able to get a deluxe room. But I believe travellers who paid good money should not be taken for a ride into booking one of these "mini villas". The staffs were... More

We are truly sorry that we gave you a bad experience in our Mini Villa. The villas are separated from the main building and they are quite near to the river. So, some times of the year we do have this problem with mosquito and no-harm snail because they are more close-to-the-nature than another types of room we have. However,... More

Simple & stylish small boutique place, nicely tugged away from the city buzz. Great porch by the river to be relaxing in quietly. Serves up a pretty decent nice meal at their restaurant. Very helpful staff too.
