The only restaurant in Chiang Mai that will charge you when they offer you some drinking water ! They are very deceptive in the way they add up your bill. More

Booked hotel before we left ourselves directly with hotel when we arrived they couldn't find our booking even though I showed them the email they had sent us confirming the booking. The baggage guy was great very helpful rushed to help us. Room was not what we wanted we wanted a double bed and a single instead were given two... More

Stayed here on 10Nov-11Nov. Place looks okay but a little run-down. The room is well-maintained but not the bathroom. The bathroom is a bit squeezy with not much room to maneuver. The stopper of the bathtub in my room could not be removed at all and all the water could not be drained out. Breakfast has limited choices. More

Stayed for 5 nights with little to complain about. Good value, comfortable rooms, friendly Manager (Mr. Sunny?), nice inclusive breakfast, and my favorite - an outdated but enjoyable lobby lounge bar with live music and Karaoke requests... Complaints? Wi-fi failed for a couple of days (but was fixed eventually), check-out seemed complex and accusing (you had minibar! where is your... More

yes, it's seen better days but it's not such a bad place. The breakfasts are not bad either. It's a bit out of the way and not really near any of the tourist areas. I know that calling a hotel 'tired' is certainly being critical but in its favor, it's not expensive and the staff is pleasant and helpful. It's... More

We spent a family trip here for a long weekend. The buffet lunch was great value for money and the bar prices are OK too. From here we were able to get to the Night Safari and the Chiang Mai zoo very easily. Local market was good for specialty food shopping. The convention center is very new and very nicely... More

We were 6 of us & stayed in 3 double rooms. It is a good hotel although a little away from the Airport. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is neat & clean. The hotel offers a convention and can accommodate 400+ people. Has good amenities and restaurants. It offers wifi services. The overall hotel is neat & clean and... More

The receptionist was very unfriendly and downright rude. No information given about breakfast hours, etc etc. It was just a cold check-in experience. What do they say about first impressions? The room was big, but was definitely showing its age. I agree that the control unit for the lights, A/C, TV, etc, is nice, but not at 11PM when you... More

We spent 2 nights in this hotel on our way from Bangkok to Chiang Rai. The room was huge and had a nice view over the city (unfortunately the weather sucked when we arrived) with a touch of luxury. Most fascinating was the room remote control which gave access to almost everything adjustable in the room (light, tv, alarm clock,... More
