Big hotel with almost no guests, the hotel looked like it was straight from the 1980's and not in a good way... The breakfast was horrible, thank god for the coffee, I don't know what we got but it was some kinda soup with rice in there, we were not even asked what kind of breakfast we would like to have. Don't go here, there are way better hotels in chiang mai!

This is a simple unpretentious hotel. It is not in the centre of Chiang Mai but 10 mins by Tuktuk or Sorng-taa-au ( a white sorng-taa-au costs 15baht, red is more expensive). It has rates by the night , week or month. Longer stays are of course cheaper but you pay for water and electricity (1 month of using electricity cost us about 22000 baht. It has restaurant and out the back there is a small market where you can get breakfast for about 35 baht.
There is a massive store Makro next door.
