Polite helpful staff on arrival, the rooms were fantastic, a good size and clean. The location is this great, easy walking distance to the night bazaar. The breakfast was the usual high standard you would expect in a Shangri-la hotel. Having visited Chiang Mia on numerous occasions this is one of the best hotels.
