P72 hotel is by far the best hotel in pattaya if you are single traveller the staff are awsome .I have stayed here everytime i visit pattaya never make booking just rock up and get a room for 900 baht a night you cannot beat it for value .Location is middle of walking streeet . In the heart of walking street.
Newly refurbished, nice meals too.
Stayed there for the last 20 years.
What more can I say.
Only downside is no email address to book rooms.
Have always managed to get a room when I have turned up though....

this is a great hotel, the staff ae very friendly the rooms are nicely maintained and the hotel is right off of walking street but very short distance from the beach and shopping center too.
