As is pointed out in many of the previous reviews the female reception staff at this hotel are rude to the point of being obnoxious. In all I have spent 3 months at these apartments. I think they offer good value. I have to agree with Suttley though in that the older bespectacled female receptionist lets the side down and is incapable of dealing with people. Apart from her the overall experience was pleasant and the rest of the staff were excellent.

i arrived on the 19/01/2013 for 13 nights, the hotel receptionists were very efficient and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, chamber maids were polite. Summing up excellent value for money clean room Air con Hot water Polite staff

I have stayed at this hotel in 2010 and now again in 2012. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily by excellent friendly, hard working staff. 10 days tried to book. Lady went to reception room ok 17,000 paid deposit asked to see room. Eating no sorry vey busy. No sorry just been booked. THE ROOMS MUST BE FILTHY. Have heard this previously from people who have stayed at the LK MANSIONS.
