Sleeping is not possible anytime as maids, guests, and night bars keep you awake. Problems w/ ordering free breakfast; they argued w/ me over meat included. No car parking, just motorbikes. Located between soi 7 and 8. Very tidy rooms and good customer service. However there is a bars near and also some very loud noise till 3 am in some rooms. “Excellent service, budget accomodation in the heart of Pattaya”

Inexpensive hotel with basic room in the heart of Pattaya. Excellent hot shower, comfortable beds, and a good breakfast in the morning. I was most impressed with the customer service since I forgot my passport in my room and the staff promptly mailed it to me overnight when I explained my situation to them. Excellent value for the price!

“Good Location No Frills Hotel.”

You get what you pay for with this hotel. At around £20 a night you don't expect luxury. You get a basic clean room with tv, AC and a mini-bar. Bathroom is wetroom style and the shower wasn't great.Location is great between Soi's 7 & 8. Lot's going on nearby.

Located between Soi 8 and Soi 7. Modest clean hotel. Not fancy. Staff was very friendly. Located on Soi Night Out. Part of the Eastiny group of hotels. There is extensive night life on Soi 8. “I was right for me”

It was clean and inexpensive and that's what I wanted. Yes it is Low budget, but it was safe and once again it was clean and the staff was very nice. No carpet on the floor just vinyl tiles I will stay again.

UGH! Do not go there, I live in Thailand and it was not good I have been home now two weeks and had to go and get pills for my tummy upset, not just me but my two friends too....so be warned!

Have often stayed here ever since first trip to Pattaya. Right in the middle of all the action but with pleasant English, Irish bars and restaurants very nearby.
