Stayed here for 5 nights in June 2012 . Rooms very well appointed , pool is a bit of a disappointment , small and in doors , so you can't enjoy the hot thai days !! Nice coffee shop , free internet in rooms (wired ) and free wifi in public areas !!

Offers not only long term stay but overnight stay. We stayed for a weekend. Staff are pleasant and anxious to please. Rooms are spacious and clean. Residence is not within walking distance of the night life of Pattaya but is only a short taxi ride away. Hotel runs free shuttle service to roads where you can get 10 Baht taxis.... More

Just spent another two months here and have had no problem with construction noise, it being minimal. Staff as always were excellent and always friendly and helpful, new buggy service is excellent (and free) and available 24 hours although it is only 10 mins walk to either Second Road or Pattaya Klang. Having stayed in many hotels in Pattaya I can confidently say this is by far the best. Great value for money. There are similar hotels close by which appear to be three times the price.
