The beach in front is dirty, very dirty, full of dogs and dog [...]. The sea water is even more dirty, it is advisable not to go swim there. The prices are too expensive for what it is. Especially the food is much too expensive. They sell very average food at 5-star prices. They will never see me back.

yes the room is spacious and fancy, the lobby, the pool are also looking good. but first of all the food terrible and way overpriced. 250 baht for canned salad? why? Now look at the name of the hotel: Grand Heritage Beach Resort & Spa. There is no spa! Bottom-line: poor value for money

If you like to swim you choose this hotel with big pool and private pool. This is new hotel that located in Pattaya (Khoa Phra TamNak). The room is big and clean. Also The hotel is close the beach that is private.

The whole thing is spoiled by the noise of the metal factory in front of the resort. Inside it is quiet nice but the beach in front is dirty, full of rocks and eroded by the sea. Too expensive for what it is.
