I stayed at thishotel several timesand will come back again. Always welcome and always relax place to stay, nice swimming pool and nice staff. I am sorry to write a bad review, but compared to other Accor Managed Resorts (e.g. Grand Sukhumvit Hotel, Bangkok), this hotel is depressing. Reasons-- 1. Hotel Receptionists and office staff are unprofessional and act like school kids. 2. When we arrived the room was dirty with hair and sand on the floor. 3. Not good value for the money... More

I enjoyed the visit to Pattaya and the accomodation at the Mercure. A very pleasant hotel that the rooms where clean and refreshing and the staff are very accomodating. For around $50 AUD (May 2012) a room this hotel is exceptional value!
