Dynasty Inn in Pattaya in Soi 13 is close to all the night life and local attractions and the local sahe bench seat taxis are only 10baht which can get you locally to most places. It is a good price for the room you get. It is a very average hotel with a nice staff. The location is near the beach. The room is very basic but functional. It has good wireless strength in the rooms. I would stay again. I recommend a room on the back of hotel to reduce noise.

Have stayed here a number of times . It is a clean and well run hotel with a short walk to nearly everything, you have the beach at the end of the road, shopping centres a few minutes away in all directions and walking st about 15 min walk
