Stayed 2 nights in late February, $44 USD/night.  No AC, very clean room, in-room safe, very good hot water and water pressure, beautiful hotel, friendly/helpful staff, nice view.  Had a very pleasant stay. 

The building was design nice, has a little the antique. I was just stayed here in 2 days but i felt comfortable, the staff friendly, rooms clean. But i dont like food here, it not accord with my taste.

We stayed in for two nights. Staff at reception were friendly. Our room was smallish and next staff room. We could hear noise early hours of the morning. It is walking distance to the night market.
