Friendly staff. Room was average, not a city view as suggested but of an ally.do not take the bus provided by the hotel to and from the airport cheaper to take a taxi, or a public bus even better value.breakfast buffet was included in the package was average.the bath needed some new grouting.

Very friendly welcome - I arrived at about 8am and they upgraded me to a better room than the one I had booked as the one I had booked was not available. Spotless room with good facilities. We stayed at the hotel for 2 beautiful nights. The friendy staff, the ambience, the delicious food. The staff is veryattentive. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Great location right in middle of town, close to lake and market. Highly recommended!

Gat location right in middle of town, close to lake and market. Hotel needs a bit of a face lift, or at least our room did. We stayed there for two nights. Ngoc Lan Located in the center of Da Lat. With good lake view and city view, it's a waking distant to the chruch and market. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. In summary, Ngoc Lan is a good place of stay.
