Our room had a slightly musty smell and quite a bit of water on the bathroom floor. The bathroom was huge and looked so romantic but was not terribly practical with help needed to hold the shower head when washing your hair. Lovely sitting area and very romantic bed with mosquito net and the welcome nibbles were lovely. We ate... More

What a great experience. The atmosphere, the service, the magnificent room. I didn't want to leave and go back to reality. I haven't slept this well in a year. The only slight problems for me were the lengthy distance to town and there was a bit of noise from the other guests. Lot's of rooms in one house. I would... More

We stayed there for three nights during a taifun. Luckily, we have chosen this place as it caters for excellent spa and superb restaurant with very quick and attentive service. We could walk downtown to see major attractions - it takes a 20 minutes stroll. The resort is indeed charming and set in lush gardens. The Pool area - which... More

We were a big group and could book all the rooms in 1 house, and the exprience was wonderfull. We had lots of space for our kids to run around, did not have to wory about noise as we were the only guest in the house, and found each room wonderfully decorated. The only, but major downside was with the... More

Each Villa contains a number of rooms with a communal area (lounge, dining and kitchen). The rooms are beautifully appointed and very charming. It was a great getaway - peaceful and relaxing. It's perfect area for just doing nothing or there's lot's of outdoor activities as well. More

Wow! We found these well restored 1920's and 30's French colonial-style villas to be so unique, we wondered whether there is anything else like this resort 'suburb' in the world. That's what it was like - an attractive olde-worlde Frech-colonial rural suburb - heavily wooded - and I guess that it is what it once was. Each of the villas... More

We didn't really know what to expect when arriving at Ana Mandara Dalat, particularly given some of the poor reviews, but can say that from the start and for all of our 3 night stay we were absolutely delighted, with only a few minor exceptions. The hotel grounds and villas are beautiful and it all makes for a very characterful... More

This hotel split into multiple villas, which were built in the 1920-30s and were recently updated to retain its past charms but include modern amenities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very warm and inviting. The one thing that guests have to get used to is the bathtub. It's an old French-style tub with the shower head on a handle... More

Ana Mandara is a beautiful place with character. It is plush but not ostentatious. It is situated on a hill, a short taxi ride from downtown Dalat and a walkable distance for most. We went there in Dec 2011, even though the weather was cold and rainy, we still had a lovely stay. My mother who is in her 80's,... More

We stayed at Ana Mandara for 4 nights in January 2012. And it really made our stay in Dalat something special. Villa's interior and exterior as well as staff sentiment give fully impression of exclusive comfort and unique mountain chillout. Excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool, good spa, privacy sence... Advice to rent a bike (only $10 per day) and make... More
