We stayed for 2 seperate nights in the hotel. The manager and staff were a great help to prepare our trips to the north. The accomidations are supurb in the center of old city, in a quite place. The rooms are brand new with very comfortable beds and showers.

This is a good guesthouse than a hotel. Stuff is very friendly and helpful but rooms are not clean enough. Floor in the room and in the bathroom is a bit dirty. There is wall mold in the bathroom. The staff Quan in reception were very helpful and friendly. I was in a good room which was very comfortable and clean. They organized airport pick-up and Halong Bay tour, Sapa tour for me. I am surely visit this hotel again.
