My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in May 2012. Very satisfied with the service. Great location- near the Old Quarter. Very nice room with clean bathroom. Fruits are always served in the room everyday. Delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of food selections. Friendly restaurant staff, particularly the Vietnamese girl named Quy. The staff in... Staff can't do enough to help you. Mixture of business and holiday guests. Big selection of breakfast food. Great location in the old quarter with easy access to all the main areas you'd want to visit and main attractions. The street is a lot quieter than most. Great little 80 year old coffee shop next door that is awesome

Was just in Hanoi April 2012. Great hotel, excellent location. Very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter. This hotel is equivalent to a 4 star. Very nice room, good hotel staff, good free breakfast buffet. No complaints at all regarding this hotel. I would recommend it for anyone traveling to Hanoi. I was never bothered by... More

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two short stays in March, 2012. Generally I agree with the positive reviews posted by other recent visitors. The location is great - very near Hoan Kiem Lake in the Old Quarter. Our room was very nicely decorated, comfortable and surprisingly quiet given its location. The staff was friendly and efficient.... More

The receptionist been very helpful during this trip, they have guided me where to go and which is the right place to get certain things I want to. Besides, they also advice me which will the nice day trip we should enter. The room is clean and nice, hardly no mosquito inside the room. The breakfast provided is nice from... More

We booked on-line and paid less than AUD $200 for three nights for a double room and breakfast plus free internet in this hotel. Our welcome on arrival from the airport could not have been better. Throughout our stay, the staff were courteous and very friendly. Breakfast in the restaurant on the top (eighth) floor was a treat with which... More

This hotel is very well situated for tourists in the heart of the tourism area yet on a quite, one way street. Our room was very clean with a huge bed, very large bathroom, nice amenities. The shower didn't leak all over the floor, which is always a big plus. Breakfast is nice with a decent variety of things. The... More

My wife and I liked this hotel because the room was clean and comfortable, close to Lake Hoan Kiem and good restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the Assistant GM, Mr Ian Duong, helped us book a trip to Halong Bay on the Alova Gold, for 2 days and one night. He also arranged a Hanoi city tour and... More

This hotel is in a quaint side street in the old quarter close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The room are very comfortable, clean, quiet and have added touches such as fresh fruit and flower petals in water bowls. The staff are very friendly and nothing to too much trouble. They also looked after our luggage while we went to Halong... More

We stayed at this hotel in January 2012 and found the location to be great, as it is on a side street and is reasonably quiet. There is a convenient little cafe across the road. The staff were most helpful in arranging side trips to Halong Bay (a really good trip with the Alova Gold boat) and Sapa (not such... More
