To my surprise, Hanoi is a very CLEAN city. People there are generally friendly.Of coz, still hv to bargain for all the goods purchase. Beware of road side eatery, must ask for price first before you eat, unless there is a menu with all fixed price listed. Donot take taxi with "meter" but bargain the price before u go up.... More
