For a cheap room price you get breakfast, wifi and very helpful and friendly service. I was very unhappy with my experience there. First, they offered pick-up service at the airport because taxis and mini-bus drivers in Hanoi are notorious for cheating customers and taking them to shady lodging. best hostel i have stayed in yet, staff are super friendly and very helpful. very modern, lots of room, wifi everywhere, sick tv room with computers and they arrange everything for you for good prices. i already extended my hanoi stay!
