We stayed here on two occasions before and after visiting Sapa. Both rooms were similar but room 705 was the better of the two with a view and further away from the rooster! The location was perfect and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

We stayed here 3 times over two weeks while flitting in and out of Hanoi. It was good value for money and a great location, although a little noisy with front facing rooms and the rooster next door is a built in alarm! The staff spoke good English, gave good advice and local tips about costs for things (taxis) and...

great value for money at this hotel.
The staff went above and beyond to help. we arrived very late at night after a 14 hour trip and we needed 2 single beds, they only had a double. however the staff brought in a single bed into the room with a brand new mattress. we booked with this hotel as they...

A great hotel in a central location that offers great value for money,a wonderful breakfast and a seamless, reliable airport transfer service. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Rooms and guest areas are clean and everything works. I will definitely stay again.
My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Sunshine suites Hanoi Hotel. The rooms we stayed in were clean, the beds comfortable. The Staff were attentive, helpful and personable. From here, we traveled to Sapa, Halong Bay, Hue and Hoi An. The staff were very nice about keeping our extra luggage for us. We got upgraded to suites at...

Our 5th floor room faced Ma May Street and we occuppied it for 6 weeks during February-March 2012. The room was bright and clean with its own computer, fresh fruit everyday, hair dryer and TV. Staff attention was great, the breakfast buffet was adequate and the omelettes were incredible, the dining room staff was friendly. Both the heat and air/cond...

I am afraid my experience of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired, we chose the executive room with balcony in the mistaken belief that it would be spacious and up market.
Not quite the case, however if you ignored the tiny ants swarming around the tea and coffee area of the fridge unit, the room was clean and...

My experience would have been excellent except that the shower unit did not work properly. (I experienced a cold shower twice and on another occasion the steam unit wouldn';t turn off.) The room was spacious, clean and full of light. The bed was big but the mattress was a little too hard. What made up for any negative issues was...

Our room was quite small and our window faced straight into another building so the room felt a bit claustrophobic. The fancy steam shower thing also didn't work in our room and the walls were thin so quite noisy. Hotel is located in a good position and staff very friendly. Buffet Breakfast was very basic and I think you could...

We stayed at this hotel in February 2011 but it was called Sunshine Palace then. We booked it on the strength of it's good reviews and were not disappointed. The room we had was a large one that we understood was the best they had. It was a little more expensive than some of their other rooms but we believe...
