“Great Staff”

Although situated in a busy area, the hotel is very quiet and comfortable, and it's an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. The room are clean, spacious and comfortable, but the breakfast choice is a bit limited. The staff are without doubt just wonderful ! Nothing is a problem, and they're always ready to help.

We had a great time in Vietnam and were very well looked after by the staff at Hidden Charm Hotel. All the tours that were booked were great - English speaking guides and pick-ups always on time. Our trip to Sapa was very well organised, as was our Halong Bay trip. The friendliness of everyone was much appreciated.

Centrally located in a quite street away from the noisy street of the usual Hoan Kiem Dist. Staff are generally helpful and friendly. Highly recommended, will be stay here again for my next trip in May 2013.
