Great rooms; super clean, A/C, flowers on arrival. Breakfast is free and is a full service breakfast (not just continental)! AMAZING staff!! Literally always smiling and looking to help you out with luggage or excursion planning. Huy at the reception was fantastic, he is so helpful and genuine! Stored my luggage for extra days while i was away trekking at... More

We were very impressed before we even arrived , we had booked 4 nights - the second of which was to be spent on a halong cruise but after some further research we discovered a lot of Hanoi (Ho chi minh mausoleum , museums etc) are closed on a monday our only full day , With only a couple of... This hotel is such great value. The pick up from the airport at 17usd is a great way to ease into the city, and the hotel staff are so friendly with great tips and ideas. Rooms are large, and fully air conditioned. Breakfast is excellent, with super choice, all cooked freshly for you. On our last day, the hotel rang... More

We arriving in Hanoi in The morning, and was met by the Hotel transfer car. Didn't expect to get access to the room so early ( 11.00) but as it was ready the staff was flexible enough to let us have it straight away! The rooms are large by any standards, with kitchen unit, and coffe, tea, water provided every day. It always strikes me... More

From the first time we walked in until we left, you are made to feel welcome. The room we had was great size. The bathroom is good. The bad point is the bed is so hard. The breakfasts are also good and a good selection. If you can't be happy, something wrong. We had them book our air tickets to... More

We stayed at Rising Dragon on 3 separate occasions over a fortnight. Each time the service was great; our names were remembered and every attention was paid to requests we made. A pickup and delivery service to and from the airport was arranged for us every time. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and always smiling. Language was... More

This place is the best hotel I've ever stayed in! The spacious, spotless room is more than lovely, with a separate bedroom (which is very convenient if you are travelling with a person who goes to bed much earlier than you do ;o) ). They even have a laptop in every room! The staff is wonderful! They do everything to... More

Room was more like a suite with seperate bed, living and shower room. High end fittings, white bedlinen and two-way aircon, essential in chilly Hanoi winter. Staff exceptionally nice.Bed a bit too firm for me but this was the only fault. Good location in Old Town.
