I have not received better hospitality at hotels that cost five times as much. Everything from the personal service, welcoming drinks, made-to-order breakfasts, bottles of water, wifi, maps and service go well beyond the average hotel experience. The central location makes this place ideal for exploring Hanoi, especially the Old Quarter, on foot. I highly recommend this hotel.
