An amazing hotel with fantastic staff and helpful advice. The staff help with everything from booking tours to fixing broken bags! I couldnt say anything bad about this hotel, it is in a great central location and the rooms are stunning and comfortable. Well done to the team at Hanoi Moment Hotel, it was a pleasure!!

Excellent Service for such a small hotel! Located in the Old Quarter with the night market just around the corner. Rooms were clean and Breakfast was off good choice. Free Wifi and laptop in the room! Staff were all so friendly and helpful! overall had a great stay! Thanks!
