I really recommendate this place in hanoi.... they had everything what we needed during our holiday with my girlfriend - place was cheap, clean & it have a great locatian :) Also staff were very helpful, thank u guys about great time in Hanoi :)

The hotel's location is excellent. It is near restaurants,museums,shopping area and the lake. The rooms are also very spacious.They also have a computer inside the room,not bad for the amount you will be paying.The staff were also patient and kind.Two things though that could better be improved is the free breakfast choices and also the airport pick up. The staff should know simple English so that it is easier to communicate with the guests especially the staff in charge of breakfast. The receptionists are very friendly and we can communicate with them easily. If given a choice to come back, we would gladly like to stay in that hotel again when we're in Vietnam.
