We asked them for a train ticket to Sapa and paid around 1.600.000 dong for 2 tickets (one way). Afterwards we heared that for the same tickets the regular fare is 600.000. So they took a commission of 1.000.000, about 50 USD. I don't mind paying extra for service, but this ridiculous..
