The staff are amazing, they can speak very good English and very helful.The hotel is located at the centre of Hanoi. I stayed there twice in 2 different rooms, which both were really nice, spacious, with balkony, above the average furniture and very clean. Highly recommended!

I spent 2 nights in this hotel after Halong Bay trip. It is very good location for us to stay there. My room was clearn and I have eought everything to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpul. If one day comeback to Hanoi I will back to this hotel again.
