We stayed here in April with our two young children in one of the large and excellent family rooms. Before arriving the staff (particularly Nancy) could not have been more helpful, assisting us to organize a trip to Halong Bay and tickets for the water puppet theatre. Highly recommended !

Centrally located in the old quarter close to the Water Puppet Theatre and lake. We stayed in the family suite, large and very clean. Stayed 4 nights in a family room, equipped with it's own lap-top. Room was good size, bathroom fairly small, but nice and clean. Looked into a normal room and bathroom was much bigger and nicer. The location is walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. The room and its toilet is average looking but more importantly, the cleanliness of the room is good.
