All the staff at the essence Hanoi couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. They organised 2 trips for us to both Sapa and Halong Bay which were brilliant and very comparatively reasonably priced for the quality levels. Definately recommend to anyone!

This new hotel is off to a wonderful start. The rooms are fresh and contemporary, the staff is fantastic, the old-quarter location can't be beat (at least after you've adjusted to the hectic pace), and the breakfast included in the room rate is a tasty, more-than-ample buffet.
