This is a reasonable priced hotel in centralised location, near to Hong Kiem lake and all the shopping areas. We stayed in room with very good size bed and clean. The breakfast was reasonably good, they provide bread toaster so you can toast and eat the nice and crispy vietnamese bread. The downside is this hotel is near to a... More

My husband & l stayed 6 nights at TheLandmark. We were warmly greeted by the wonderful staff with a welcome drink, then shown to our room. A great location ... Walking distance to the lake and other attractions. Staff organised two great tours for us. Our room was spacious with a good sized bathroom & Internet. Breakfast was downstairs. Offering... More

We booked The Landmark after reading reviews on Tripadvisor. When we got there, we understood why so many people gave him such reviews. At the moment when we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and offered welcome drinks. When enjoying nice coffee, staff showed us local map with many necessary information concerning our stay in Hanoi and no request was too... More

I travel a LOT for work (and sometimes pleasure), staying at a few dozen guest houses and hotels per year. Some places are so bad they aren't even on TA. Other places are excellent, but beyond what normal mortals like me can afford more than a few nights per year. In this vast sea of lodgings the Landmark Hotel stands... More

I have been at the Landmark Hotel for almost a month during a CELTA class. I couldn't be happier with my decision to stay here. I'll go into more detail below, but in short, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfortable and professional. The staff is welcoming, upbeat and helpful with big things (taking care of me when I... We stayed here for our final 6 nights in SE Asia, I'm very glad that we chose this place to end our 4 month holiday :) The staff are very accommodating. Mr Thanh on reception especially, he has very good English and from start to finish called us by our first names, I think that's a nice thing. :) Upon... More

Location: Very convenient, ca 1km walking from the lake / 1 km walking from the train station. Small shops for water nearby, so are many coffee shops Room: Stayed in the Superior room first. There is a window, but... More

The hotel is run very well. The staff are very keen to make your stay as good as possible. My room was very clean and well serviced. Proximity to everything was wonderful. A short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the night markets. The breakfast provided was really good and plentiful. I love the street food in the Old Quarter... More

We had our first stay in Hanoi here and we can highly recommend it. Good restaurant, very good service. We planned our trip to Sapa from here and we could come back here on our further trip to Ninh Binh, get another shower, had another breakfast although we hadn't booked another room but only stored our luggage. That was something... More
