Don't be fooled by the refurbishment! It's strictly superficial. The furnishings ate cheap and nasty, the bed is very firm (and I rarely care about this!) and the windows don't lock. This was definitely the nicest hotel we stayed in Vietnam, with one of the cheapest prices. Really nice room with a decent sized bathroom which is unusual. Staff were awesome, really helpful and free Wifi and computers.
