great location, overal hotel is slightly dated and could do with a tidy up but for good value for the money. staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms tidy and cleaned regularly, a good breakfast provided, with a safe in the room available.

This hotel is extremely well-located, in the centre of the Old Quarter of Hanoi, within a block of all the cool bars and restaurants. (Ma May is 2 short blocks down the road) The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of them. My room is wonderful. A corner VIP room. Enormously large, and great value. (US... This hotel is in a great location near the lake and a lot of tasty/cheap restaurants. The street it's on is nice because you will feel less likely to get run over. It's mainly used by motorbikes. It's walking distance to the water puppet show and there are a ton of sinh cafes on this street too. It's really easy to walk... More

The hotel is clean and has a functioning elevator, the rooms come equipped with working air conditioning, safe and frig, the mattresses are more than satisfactory and the staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. No need to go through booking agencies trips to any of the regions or sites around Hanoi. Simply mention your desired destination and it's all taken... More

We thoughly enjoyed our stay at the Camelia 4 Hotel in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and comfortable (with the usual hard Vietmanese mattresses) and everything worked including hot water and aircon. We booked our room online for $23 per night. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. They even gave us a room at 5am when we... More

We had a Deluxe Twin Bed with Balcony for $22 (June24-July3) & comes with free daily buffet breakfast (same menu of rice, noodles, eggs, bacon, fried spring rolls, sausage, breads, fruits, cereals, coffee, juice). Hotel was near the Night Market, a 15min walk to Dong Xuan Market & Hoan Kiem Lake, a 5-step walk to a convenience store. A sumptuous... More

If you came to Hanoi to drink coffee and beer. This is the central location for you. This hotel in Hang Giay is smack in the middle of Beer and Coffee Haven. In the morning, head to Cafe Hue for weasel coffee and after dark, you can find the draught beer stations for 5,000 VND a glass. Now about the... More

Hanoi is accotiated for me with this hotel. Located in the heart of old quarter, small, tidy and accurate, with fine furnished rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. From the balcony of the best room you can watch Hanoi waking up. My parents also are very pleased. This year I'm going to get back and even have tickets already... More
